Print-on-Demand Products
Every DatWa piece is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner and issue a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
