The Silhouette
A jaguar laid out along a dead branch, one paw hanging, gold rosettes and two amber eyes out of the dark. Black on black, so you see it a second after it saw you.
The Architecture
Black board shorts, 100% polyester, extra light at 3.2 oz: it dries on the walk home. Elastic waistband with a black drawstring, two side-seam pockets, regular fit, board-short length.
The Accent
The red diamond crown mark on the left thigh and red inside both pockets. The animal and the mark are printed into the fabric, so neither will crack or peel.
